A very nice property with a fantastic location. The rica karlstad is a great newish addition to the hotel portfolio of karlstad. (11/06 lc) it is a very classy low-rise building consisting of only 3 floors. The architecture is minimalist and useful using materials such as metal, glass and prefabricated walls, typical of point built hotels in the last few years. The hotel is located in the very centre of karlstad within easy reach of all of the city's shops, restaurants and pastime options.

Guest rooms Standard rooms are extremely roomy with a separate seating district and large king sized beds total with sumptuous crisp whitish line. They are fresh and typically scandinavian in design with wooden floors, uncomplicated colours and functional furniture. Bathrooms are clever and well appointed.
