General Description
:
Established in 1937, the family-run klockargården hotel consists of beautifully preserved timber houses surrounded by relaxing gardens.
The individually and tastefully decorated rooms are furnished in a style that is usual for the dala region. The common rooms and salons are filled with antiques, arts, crafts and dala paintings.
Located at lake siljan in the heart of dalarna, the entrancing klockargården hotel provides an historic and restful atmosphere. On saturdays, remember to try a relaxing massage or facial treatment from hälsokällan.
During winter, guests can enjoy sleigh tours, classic kick-sled tours around the villages and long distance skating on lake siljan. Then it’s time to relax at klockargården hotel in front of the fireplace, conventional sauna or the massage pool.
Traditional thin bread is baked in the baker’s cottage from 1816, while the dwelling of nostalgia is a shop that sells locally produced food and old-fashioned sweets.
